Currently, I am taking subject “Community development” in BS studies. In which I learn the CSR policies which are adopting by organizations through professor lectures and slides but not in practical way.

 

I want to become a CSR activist to achieve this. I get the knowledge and information for the CSR policies which is apply in a professional world.

The big support to pursue my career is my professor who enrolled me in this subject that is “Community Development” where I develop my interest to develop skills and abilities to CSR activities.

I meet my success criteria when I complete my bachelor’s degree in two years, in that time I also part of any voluntarily work for 6 months.

The objective of CSR policies is that organizations make sure to ethical work for humanity, women empowerment, civil rights and good work for the economic, social and environmental development as business.

 

Like any multinational company that are using the strategies of CSR and applying policies by the Professional CSR activist.

 

During my semester, my community development professor give me a task to make a campaign for collecting the funds. In which I make complete plan about the CSR activity, in which I learned a lot about how to set target audience whom which I get donations, how to implement AIDA model to create awareness, interest, desire and finally target audience willingness to give donations.

After that I do a job to be part of any CSR project in any organization just for gaining the experience in a professional environment to much more know the policies of CSR activities and implementations. And how organizations face the challenges regarding CSR related activities.

Things important to keep in your mind when doing CSR activities:

·         Analyze the CSR activity is already doing by your organization

·         Insure it interlink with your business strategy.

·         Search trustable external partners

 

I must gain the voluntarily experience of any foundation and after this I must do job related to CSR project in any organization.

I also make mockup campaign plan in which before the actual event happening I already know the mistakes if could happen in the future during the event.

After gaining experience of 2 years in a professional world I will apply the designation which is CSR activist within 5 years.

·         Donate funds to reasons which can interlink with your company’s.

 

As I’m a BS student so I have to go university. In my free time I have to join any foundation for voluntary experience in which I can learn how CSR work in a professional world, what the challenges they are facing while fund raising,

Against government policies or so on.

 

I also make the campaign plan activities of four week where we can communicate through social media platforms with the target audience.

 

I become professional CSR activist  who know to deal with the challenges and how to action the CSR plan in real time.

·         Make sure there is no communication lacking with your business suppliers, top management and trustable outsiders.

·         Make it very realistic that fascinate potential employees

·         Make a authentic promise to save the environment.

·         Good Know about the CSR strategies of your competitors

·         Always go for that directions that can keep it current.

·         Confirms that your business meet your CSR promises time by time.

 

 

After voluntarily work I become experienced and will get certificate. In that period of time I also complete my bachelors study of BBA so I have full time for the job. Afterword’s, I apply any organization to be part of any CSR project in organization in which I get suggestions and give suggestions to organizations for the betterment of the society. I will learn the real scenario examples which is very beneficial for pursue the CSR activist career in future.

 

I also take knowledge through my subject professor, books, internet, via LinkedIn profile of professional CSR activist, their daily update really helpful for attaining the knowledge of the activities of CSR. Also experience in any organization which is the biggest part of CSR activities.
