Total customer Experience includes every activity that could add value to the customer's shopping experience and satisfy the customers. So, we would also perform some following activities that will increase our customer experience.

·         Environment: In retail, the environment has a very deep role in improving customer experience. Because the one who is purchasing groceries for a home will easily spend more than half an hour in the the store for purchasing different items. We will make sure they spend time well.

To make good environment, we will place air conditioners in store, store will be clear and clean, products will be placed in a proper pattern.

·         Staff Training: we will train our staff in a way that they will treat customer with respect, listen them and serve them sincerely. This is what actually customer expect from staff. So we will make sure that our staff is up to customer expectation.

·         Multiple counters: we will make two counters for customer convenience so that they don’t have to wait in queues for bill clearing. This will save their times as well as rush in store.

·         Entertainment stuff: especially for kids we will make a special corner a play room for children where they could play and enjoy while their parents are shopping. This will attract customer also because they could love to shop around where their children can enjoy.

·         Parking: we will also make a parking area for customers so that they don’t have to park far away from store or they will have no fear about their vehicle while shopping.

·         Feedback from customers: This will help us to find the problems related to total customer experience from customer side. Then we will work on these queries and improve our customer experience.

These are some of factors that we will add to increase customer shopping experience. 

Engaging consumers

There are various techniques to engage customers in the store like interpersonal communication, creating a good experience-oriented store step-up,, and creating the easiness in the shopping experience for the customers.

Interactive communication: It is of of utmost importance that customers must be treated and facilitated well. Employees must be greeting and talking to customers in a polite way and whatever they cannot find in store employees should help them to find that product. The overall aim is to make them feel happy

Good experience oriented set-up: as best said not just sell the product but sell the experience as well, for this we will use the displays like broachers, TV displays and other in store displays, products will be placed at the right places, products for children will be put at the bottom
